Why are the Prices so Low?

shipping carrier.
Why is Shipping Free?
We ship via Hong Kong Post
Airmail. Our systems are integrated and we have partnership accounts with Hong
Kong Post in order to make free shipping offers possible.
Doesn't it Sound Too Real to be True?
Delivery Time
The free shipping option is sent via Hong Kong Post
Airmail and delivery takes about 14 days. Since virtually all post offices that
offer international airmail services do not guarantee delivery time for Airmail
parcels, the delivery time is provided for reference only.
EMS Express 3-5 Days Service Available
If you need
faster delivery time, the EMS Express shipping option is available at our
shopping cart for you to choose from. Once you have chosen the EMS upgrade
option, your order will automatically get shipped by EMS Express for delivery
within 3 to 5 days (applicable to most of North American, Western European and
Asian countries). Note that EMS guarantees delivery speed however the normal
order processing time still applies.
Please noted EMS is calculated
based on different Zone, the EMS price on etemall is based on the Zone to
USA, Canada, UK, Japan, etc. For some country, if you choose EMS, take Russia
for example, you need to pay extra money. And for some other countries, the EMS
will not reach, like the Netherlands.

Product Availability
At times some products can become unavailable for
shipment after you make a purchase.
When a product ordered becomes unavailable for
shipment:
We will contact you to see whether you would like a refund
or have the missing item replaced by another product.
The most common
causes of a product suddenly becoming unavailable are as follows:
- A batch of shipment from supplier fails QC (the most likely cause of sudden
outage)
- Manufacturer changing the production line to produce some other products,
resulting in the current product being temporarily unavailable
- Delayed stock information displayed on site - since there is a time gap
between each order clearing the payment process and getting recorded in our
order system, stock status can be delayed on the Etemall site by up to 30 to 45
minutes
On rare occasions a "back ordered" product can show
"typically ships in 2 to 3 days" in the product status area for a prolonged
period of time (and thus not caused by the 45-min delay mentioned above). This
is general due to data entry errors occurring at the warehouse. If you suspect a
product is out of stock and the product page shows "available", please
let us know. We will investigate and fix all potential issues.
