You will need to create an account to fully take use of the
features offered at this site. Some of the features are: -Follow your order
progress -See your tracking numbers -Change the delivery address and/or the
recipient name -Collect Etemall points (by purchasing, referring and also by helping
in the forum). Etemall Points are used as store credit and they can be used for
'buying' products. etc.
Part 1: Creating an account Before
creating an account please note that for the account to work fully, you will
need to use the same e-mail address as you are using when paying with
PayPal.
Step 1: On top of Etemall web pages to the right there is a
link to 'My Account/Etemall Points', please open it.
Step 2:
Create an account by opening the 'Register Now' link.
Step 3: Fill in
all necessary information. Please make sure you use the same e-mail address as
you are using when paying with PayPal.
Part 2:
Look at your Orders (Invoice, Tracking numbers and Shipment Address) In
order for you to look at your Order to find out status for shipment, Tracking
Numbers and Etemall-Points please login to your account
once
again, please make sure the account you login to is using the same e-mail
address as the PayPal account that was (or is going to be) used for
payments.
Step 1: On top of Etemall web pages to the right there is a
link to 'My Account/Etemall Points', please open it.
Step 2:
Please login by using your account information.
Step
3: To view information about your Order click on:

Step 4: When
looking at your account, you will at first see:
When scrolling
down you will see 'Account Preferences' and 'My Wish List' Here you can make
changes to Account Password, Manage Forum Subscriptions and Your Wish List.
Scrolling down to
the bottom of the page, you will see: 'Etemall reward points collected' with a
possibility to view details of when and how many points were received or used.
Step 5: In the 'Order Summaries' list you can click on any Order
number and you will be transferred to the Tracking
Summaries of that
Order. Here you will be able to see tracking numbers (if available) or shipment
numbers (non trackable).
By pressing
on the Invoice link, you will be transferred to a new page with detailed
information about your items that you have purchased. Also, if there are Partial
Shipments, you will be able to see which items got shipped and which did not.
Other functions that
are available in the same menu are
'Update Address', 'Cancel Order' and
'RMA & Replacement'
In the 'Update Address' page you can not only
change the Address but also the name of the recipient.
Step 6: To view
more information about your Etemall Points you click on the 'Etemall Points' link from
Step 3 above. Here you will see 'Etemall reward points summary' with information
about the availability of your points. Points from purchasing takes 60 days to
get active, while other types of points (such as Review Points, Tips etc.) are
active immediately You can order products with available points via the Customer
Service Express system. 10 Etemall points corresponds to $1.
